Shayna Golub is a New York City based aerialist, dancer, educator and arts administrator. Most notably, Shayna was seen onstage at Madison Square Garden performing with Phish for New Years Eve.
She graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2016 with a BA in Dance and a minor in French. She started her circus training there and continued with Circus Warehouse’s intensive program and NECCA’s foundation program. She most recently was seen in ABCirque’s production of “Different Trains” at The Muse Brooklyn where she played the role of Daughter. Shayna was also recently onstage at Queens Theater in an edu-musical with Incanto Productions performing on aerial net. She has performed many featured aerial roles with Atlas Circus Company (NYC), was featured in the most recent production of Circus Muse V (The Muse Brooklyn) and was seen on tour with Marquise Productions (Troy, NY).
Shayna also works as an arts administrator with Schoen Movement Company. With SMC, Shayna has successfully completed a visa petition process to allow dancers from Tunisia to come work in NYC.
She is currently teaching aerial silks at the 92nd Street Y and Gymies Gym in addition to Bridge for Dance.
